Michael Lynch is a software and systems architect experienced with design, development, and delivery of content management systems and workflows. He has experience delivering solutions in .Net, J2EE, and ColdFusion environments that are built upon robust multi-tier hardware architectures that are 24x7, high performance, failover-enabled and load- balanced, shadowed and recoverable.
He designs core technology for content management systems, manages software development teams, and related strategy. He has implemented content management systems for several multi-billion dollar companies. He manages all development aspects of Publishing Avenue™, Saferock's premier software solution for automated publishing production.

Matthew Hjembo has over a decade of experience managing production staff. At Saferock, he has overseen the publication of over 1,000 textbooks and catalogs. Working closely with Saferock's software team, he is responsible for building enhanced workflows to fit into the framework of Saferock's client needs.

Emily Pannebaker is Saferock's production services project manager. Her experience includes quality control and scheduling for over 1,000 ISBNs, including textbooks and catalogs. She began her career as a proofreader and reprint manager at a major supplemental publishing company, and has used this experience at Saferock to improve intellectual property file management systems, production quality, and client relations.
